The NWD management team Capacitated to effectively Use data base for monitoring, assessment and informed decision making

The ELCT-NWD management team has continued to train on the use of an online data system in monitoring, assesment and informed decisions for the betterment of God’s mission.

On 28th February, 2025 Hon. Bishop Dr. Abednego Keshomshahara led his ELCT-NWD management team for the whole day in building it's abilities by the Professionals on the ways to manage and follow-up the online data system, activities and services provided by the church especially using statistics obtained in the online data system for the efficiency. 

A professional and developer of this online data system Mr. Matungwa did this work hand in hand with the diocesan Coordinator of the ICT desk Rev. Johansen Koroti. 
Where at first the Deputy General Secretary of ELCT-NWD, Mr. Nicolaus Tinkamwesigile who is also a specialist in Monitoring and Evaluation facilitated about data analysis and interpretation in relation to decision making. 
ELCT-NWD now has an online data system where the offices at parishes, districts, institutions, programs, and departments upload the needed statistics daily, weekly or monthly. The management has already started the follow-up on the efficiency of services provided by using digital statistics which make it easy for communication and reduction of expenditures.
