From 13th to 17th January 2025 about 97 pastors from the NWD attende a management and leadership workshop in Kampala
The workshop was organized by the Human Resource desk at Nob View Hotel. 
Led by Bishop Dr Abednego Keshomshahara they were able to evaluate the church growth leading to 2050, in terms of false teachings, ecumenism, protocol, Information technology, infrastructure and the pastoral welfare. 

The pastors also visited Namugongo Martyrs site to track the history of Christian martyrs who died in Uganda. They also attended a Holy Communion service at Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Kansanga.
