The diocesan executive council which had its meeting in December 2023 appointed Rev Dickson Muhigi a new Headteacher of Kibeta English Medium Primary School. Rev Muhigi was appointed following the retirement of Teacher Emanuel Kalokola who retired due to age limit.

Rev. Dickson Muhigi holds a diploma in theology from Iringa University and a bachelor degree in education from Makumira University. Before his appointment he was serving as the Parish Pastor of Kyaka Lutheran Parish, in Missenyi.

Muhigi says “I would love to see KEMPS optimizing its academic, ethical and rational standards”
