THE HANDING OVER BETWEEN THE RETIRED HEALTH SECRETARY AND THE NEWLY APPOINTED.
Ms. Rose Muchuruza and Mr. Nicolaus Tinkamwesigile had a handover on the 31st June, 2016,. The supervisor of this handing over was Mr. Joseph Lulinga (NWD’s Assistant Treasurer). Ms. Muchuluza reached the retirement age (60 years); the NWD’s Executive Committee elected Mr. N. Tinkamwesigile to be her successor.
The retired Health Secretary worked in the North Western Diocese for 36 years (1980-2016). According to her speech; she said ‘’Mr.Nicolaus is a right person to take over this responsibility. She clarified how hardworking he is and whenever he would need her support she would be ready to help.
However Ms Muchuluza directed her sincere gratitude to the NWD for caring and supporting her on her studies. She has a Master degree of International Health from Denmark.
Mr. Nicolaus Tinkamwesigile had this to say, ‘’I want to congratulate Ms Muchuluza for the good work which she has done , May God bless her and I promise to keep it up, this is a very sensitive work which cater to public health’’. Apart from that he said that, he still needs Ms. Muchuluza’s support, he asked her to keep the door open whenever he will need her support and he spoke on the need of cooperation from the Diocese, Government, workers and the whole community at large.
Mr. Joseph Lulinga
The supervisor of the handing over Mr. Lulinga thanked the retired Health Secretary for the good job and good arrangements of handing over accessories and all things were clearly arranged. He said ‘’the handing over was good and I wish God’s blessings to be upon her wherever she will be, her good work is very remarkable in the community, the Health department and in the whole Diocese’’.
Mr. Nicolaus Tinkamwesigile was introduced officially to the Accountant, driver and all workers of that department.
